Stefan Voßkühler
I founded ES Voßkühler at the beginning of 2022 and offer manufacturer-independent technical consulting for turbo generators and large electrical machines.
Before founding ES Voßkühler, I was responsible for the service of turbo generators at Andritz Hydro in Weiz (Austria) from 2017 to 2022. In addition to the expansion of the worldwide service business, my responsibilities included product development and technical implementation in the projects.
As Technical Managing Director at Sensoplan GmbH from 2007 to 2016, I was responsible for the development and implementation of innovative, customized and turnkey solutions for the service of turbo generators. The product range included engineering studies, root cause analysis and design improvements as well as inspections, overhauls and upgrades. The planning, construction and further development of a component manufacturing facility, a rotor workshop and a 100t balancing bunker were part of my activities as the development and introduction of new processes, products and tools.
From 1995 to 2007, I worked for Gerling Konzern Allgemeine Versicherung AG as a claims adjuster for the assessment of major losses in engineering insurance both in Germany and internationally. The main focus of my work was large electrical machinery. In addition to my work, I was the author of the chapter Machinery Insurance in an Insurance Law Handbook published by CH Beck Verlag in 2004 and 2009.
I graduated in Electrical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University in 1994. From 1995 to 1998, I completed an extra-occupational postgraduate studies in insurance engineering at the University of Applied Sciences in Cologne.
